Shenzhen Jiubaba mainly provide whole kit of PCBA services - parts purchasing , SMT and DIP soldering, boards testing and packaging for electronic boards in small volume, such as Reference-Board, Evaluating-Board, Validating-Board, Demo-Board, prototypes of R&D department, pilot-running of electronic products. Our customers are mainly the R&D center, semiconductor suppliers and companies with small volume electronic products. Our objective is to provide high quality and quick response for customers whose boards are usually in small volume of batch quantity. 
公司开设了SMT贴片线7条,员工150人; 日产量150万件，插件线二条, 日插件量可达1０万件。生产装备雅玛哈YV100x-F+YV88X多功能机、10温区回流焊、无铅波峰焊满足元件从1005的片状元件到５４mm的ＱＦＰ及ＢＧＡ，BGA and VFBGA BGA及VFBGA 间距下行至0.3mml。 
We have seven SMT line with production ability 1500K points and 2 DIP lines with production ability of 100K points. Our SMT facilities – AUTO-paste Printer, Yamaha’s YV100x-F multi-functional pick and place machine and 10 temperature zones reflow-oven are capable of assembly for SMT part size from 1005 R/C/L to 54mm QFP/BGA with fine pitch of 0.3mmil. 

     公司在发展壮大的期间，积累了大量的客户服务的经验、客户群体、储备了大量的现货库存。有稳定的采购供应渠道，并与多个 元器件品牌原厂合作，主要有IC(HPILIPS,ST,TI,MOT,AD,IR,MAXIM等)/连接器（SAMTEC...）/晶振/阻容件/二三极管/电源线/接线端子/电源与电池/LED/PCB.....同时可以接受客户的委托，在自己的仓库中为客户建立库存。公司的元器件销售主要为：（1）提供大量的现货库存；（2）为工厂，科研单位，半导体研发，大中专院校，提供产品的配单、订购业务；（3）为客户寻找冷偏、急缺器件。作为生意上的伙伴，只有协助您进步，我们才会进步，为此我们将会努力扩充分销的产品线和销售网点。
